FAQ

How do I pay for my jewelry?

I accept most major credit cards.

When will my item ship?

Your piece will ship within 7 days of your purchase. All orders ship via USPS and include a tracking number.

How do I care for my jewelry?

I use sterling silver and copper in my work and there will be natural wear and tear over time. To care for your piece, you can remove it before getting into water, digging in the dirt, or other abrasive adventures. I personally don't mind a few dings and do everything in my jewelry, so it's up to you how careful you want to be with it. I include a polishing cloth with each purchase and they do wonders at restoring the shine of silver.

Natural stones are porous, which means they could absorb oils, lotions, etc. Not all stones will change color, but some blue stones could take on green or brown tones over time. I try to use treated stones whenever I can, which stabilizes the color. Just keep in mind that exposing natural stones and metals to heat, water, chemical cleaners and lotions may change the look of your piece.

What if I want a refund or my item is damaged?

All sales are final.

If your jewelry is damaged during shipping, please send a photo within 7 days of delivery and I will go over repair options with you. You pay shipping back and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.

Due to the organic nature of natural stones and handmade jewelry, keep in mind there will be irregularities and imperfections. That's one of the things that make these pieces unique.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

All sales are final, so please shop mindfully!

My rings are measured using a ring mandrel and are described as accurately as possible. If you don't know your ring size, the best way to check is to visit a jewelry store. Keep in mind that your knuckles may be larger than the part of your finger where the ring sits, so measure accordingly. Wider bands tend to fit more snugly, so if you are between sizes, size up.
